ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

In Compliance with Chapter 617, F.S., (Not for Profit)

 

ARTICLE I        NAME

The name of the corporation shall be:

 

    Bid on Maggot! Foundation INC.

 

ARTICLE II        PRINCIPLE OFFICE

The principle street address and mailing address, if different is:

ARTICLE III        PURPOSE

The purpose for which the corporation is organized is:

 

    Non-profit philanthropic foundation of the pursuit of wisdom.  Foundation’s intention is to raise awareness, funds, and powers for all the sciences and philosophies.

 

    Critical areas of oration are:

 

           

 

 

ARTICLE IV        MANNER OF ELECTION

The manner in which the directors are elected or appointed:

 

Appointment by the majority of the 11 entities above on the hierarchical level

ARTICLE VIII


The Foundation’s hierarchy shall consist of no more than 11 branches each node.

ARTICLE IX


No Foundation employee shall be paid more than 1 million dollars per year as of the year 2008 and no two Foundation's employees shall have a wage greater or lower than a factor of 20.  Pay increase shall reflect the nation’s inflation.

ARTICLE X

The Foundation shall be investing all its profits.  Investments shall be prioritized according to the higher levels of critical areas of oration.  If losses are encountered, creditors shall be paid by reducing first the compensations at the highest hierarchical levels.

ARTICLE XI


The Foundation shall make no support of religion; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right to bear arms within the Foundation’s territory; or the right to pursuit wisdom; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Foundation for a redress.
